Major Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the Bank's visibility reputation in key recruiting markets Lead and manage the workforce planning process, Headcount management and talent acquisition activities. Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates Bank's employee value proposition in order to attract top talent Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network. Help position Bank as an employer of choice among target candidates Partner with Banks's senior management to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Batch hiring Inter Programs, College University Relations, and onboarding Ensure Efficient completion of Talent Acquisition cycle within defined turnaround time (TAT). Ensure maintenance of reports for all recruitment statistics, maintain accuracy in system, document all process and ensure compliance to same
Learning & Development Strategy Develop Learning & Development strategy in line with the Strategic objectives of the Bank and People & Organizational Excellence Group, Plan and synchronize strategies for achieving learning objectives of functional departments in alignment with corporate strategic plans
Content Management Development or revision of the learning contents in line with the business objectives, TNA & specialized need identified by any of the bank's Group and ensure Content incorporates Regulatory/Legal requirements, if any. Conduct annual Training Need Assessment and compile results to be able to plan Training Strategy for upcoming year. Develop, design and publish E-Leaming courses for E-Learning Portal. Identify alternate delivery channels to minimize costs and optimize return without compromising on the quality of training facilities Assess learning skills of senior executives utilizing different leaming media and approaches to ensure a productive and successful transfer of learning. Periodically evaluate training effectiveness by devising and implementing training evaluation tools
Learning Delivery / Leaming Channels Management Plan and synchronize strategies for achieving Leaming & Development objectives of functional departments in alignment with corporate strategic plans. Oversee evaluation and development of an in-house and external pool of trainers for their effective utilization Lead & facilitate programs to assist employees with transitions due to reorganization, restructuring and in the wake of technological changes taking place in the bank
L&D facilities management & Collaborations Coordinate with domestic and international training institutes and exchange best practices to ensure that training method and equipment is in line with best international standards. Impart learning to strategic level positions for development of essential skills by employing various training techniques including tutorials, self-paced exercises and Computer Based Training (CBT)
Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan and provision, ensuring it is aligned to the strategic direction and ambitions of the Bank Lead the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement across the Bank. Develop a range of organizational development activities and interventions to support structural and cultural change across the Bank Develop Career Development paths to retain and motivate young professional along with incentive plans where applicable to drive business results Develop/Review HR policies and procedures SOPs in compliance with the regulatory legal social guidelines/ circulars requirements Develop practical solutions to organizational and people development issues. Manage the Organizational Development budget to ensure efficient and effective use and to maximize organizational and people Development opportunities
